If you are experiencing issues signing in to your Blakity Black account, please try the following steps:

1. Log Out Completely

If you are already signed in on another device or browser session, log out first and then try signing in again.

2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Old browser data can sometimes cause login loops or prevent a successful sign-in.

3. Close and Reopen Your Browser

After clearing your cache and cookies, completely close your browser and reopen it before attempting to sign in again.

4. Try a Different Browser

If the issue continues, try using another browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

5. Try Incognito / Private Browsing Mode

Private browsing sessions often bypass cached login information and can help identify browser-related issues.

6. Verify Your Email and Password

Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Blakity Black account.

I cannot access my account

My business listing is missing

Check that you are signed in to the account used to create the listing. Business listings only appear under the account that originally submitted them.

My listing updates are not appearing

Some updates may take a few moments to process. Refresh the page and check again. If the issue continues, contact us.

My verification video will not upload

Large video files may take longer to process. Please wait for the upload to complete before submitting your listing.

My images will not upload

Make sure your images are in a supported format (JPG, PNG, or WEBP) and try uploading them again.
